Homemade soaps are very easy to make and this hobby can turn to a money-making business in no time.
To make a lavender homemade soap one should prepare the ingredients first. Ingredients are: a bar of colorless or no fragrance soap, lavender oil, almond oil (moisturizer) and purple food coloring. Heat up a broiler with a glass bowl while processing the soap, stopping until they are powdered. Next step is to pour almond oil into the glass bowl and add the soap. Mix with water from the broiler. Add lavender oil for fragrance and food coloring. Transfer the mixture o molds and let it cool.
After cooling remove from mold and place in wax paper to air dry. Allow at least 24 hours before wrapping it in wax paper or plastic sheet. Decorate the soap package by printing a piece of paper containing your business name, ingredients and contact numbers. To further create varieties of soap, put oatmeal flakes or almonds in the mixture as they are great for exfoliating. Ice cubes, cookie cutter and cookie molds are great for molding.
Indeed homemade soaps are excellent business starters for moms who want to make the best out of the time she spent mostly at home caring for her kids. It is a hobby with a low capital and guaranteed high profits!
