Building An Authoritative Travel Blog

Authoritative blogs seem all the rage at the moment but what exactly is an " Authoritative Travel Blog ?" Well my understanding of the matter is it is a blog that is not only very informative to the readers but that the information comes from authoritative type people in connection with what they are writing about.

Hopefully my articles below will give an insight on travel and travel related experiences from all over the world from many authoritative writers as they have been there and done that.

Articles will be and are published often and this means current travel experiences and up to date places to visit. If you have also visited these places or wish to comment then please do so remembering this blog is intended to family orientated visitors so please be respectful.

I have seen many fears raised through my article site and feel that any traveller today that, for one reason or another, decides against travel insurance then they are possibly being a little short sighted. We do not want our boats to sink but are happy to carry life rafts. travel insurance is a similar idea. We do not wish to ever claim on it but if things go wrong as they sometimes do it is a benifit to have the insurance.

Top Ten Attractions in Miami

By Chris Linch

If you are planning a trip to Miami we have a list of the top ten things you must do. Miami is one of the most popular travel destinations in the world. Making this list is quite a feat. Anytime you travel to Miami you are sure to have a good time, we just provide this information to add some value to your trip.

#1 Miami Children's Museum - What an experience for all ages. There are tours that are bilingual so everyone can enjoy them. They have educational classes and plenty of displays.

#2 Miami Art Museum - Art from as early as the forties. This place is a great place to so see some beautiful sculptures as well as paintings and photography.

#3 Vizcaya Museum and Gardens - This was the winter get away for John Deering in 1914. They have the main house kept up and it contains much of the original art and furniture. There is also a large 10 acre spread which includes gardens and restored buildings.

#4 Miami Seaquarium - In business since 1955 this is the original studio for the famous Flipper show. They offer dolphine swimming where you actually get in with them. They also have displays and exhibits that you can enjoy.

#5 Offshore Rockets - The people that worked on Miami Vice are glad to share with you the thrills of jet power boats. You can learn all about them in your visit.

#6 South Beach - I could probably write several articles on South Beach itself. It is a fantastic area. Lots of shopping, beautiful beaches, and a night life like no other place in the country.

#7 Art Deco Historic District - One square mile of nearly a thousand buildings all restored to their original stucco way of building. You can take a walking tour through this beautiful area.

#8 Little Havana - The sights, sounds and tastes of the Cuban country. You can't get the Cigars, but there is plenty of authentic food and shopping in the area.

#9 Miami Nice Tours - Book your tour and activity here. They have things like tours of the beautiful Everglades. You can also get a tour to Key West or just go snorkeling.

#10 Island Queen - A boat tour of the Biscayne Bay. You can get a great experience and narrated tour from the Island Queen.

That sums up the top 10. I don't think there is anybody that could get all this done in one trip to Miami, so maybe you better book two! However, you go and whatever you do, have fun.
